ITS has partnered with this client’s training division since
2003 to provide hosted learning management services for the
1000+ training courses they offer. Services include a private-label
branded LMS with tracking for elearning and Instructor Led
Training, certificates, rosters, evaluations and reporting.
This solution also includes ecommerce so clients have a one
stop solution for buying, launching their elearning, and getting
transcripts and certificates online.
This client greatly reduced their learning budget
by delivering online certificates versus hard copy – first
year savings estimated at $100,000.
SAP Rollout Project - Fortune 100 Integrated Oil
& Chemical Company
Project Summary:
ITS partnered with this Client to help manage an SAP upgrade
for their worldwide employees. Sites trained included the
US, Belgium France, UK, Germany and Scotland. The client had
a urgent need for an LMS that would track both instructor-led
and elearning courses and provide notifications, online rosters,
evals and certification for this project. ITS provided a private-label
branded LMS to meet this need, and it surpassed the client’s
needs to the point they requested use of the LMS for other
internal training projects. ITS also created customized audience
assessment tools for site managers to input training needs
and schedule limitations of the many manufacturing plants
to help facilitate a training schedule that was more easily
adaptable to their environment.
